At best, we consumers fear the payment moment. Will the payment go through? Do I have the funds in my account? Will my card work? Will I see that spinning wheel when I pay online? Are my card details being sent off somewhere to the dark web?
It’s the same for Merchants. Taking payments has always been the tedious part of their selling experience – whether it’s in-store, in-venue, online or via mobile.
