Planet Payment to Provide Processing Solution for JCB International in Hong Kong

Planet Payment [LSE: AIM: PPT and PPTR; OTCQX: PLPM], a leading multi-currency and data processor, announced today that it had signed an agreement to provide processing support to JCB International, the wholly owned subsidiary of JCB Co., Ltd., a major global payment brand holder and leading issuer and acquirer in Japan, for JCB merchants located in Hong Kong.
The Agreement announced today expands the relationship between Planet Payment and JCB International, which involves Planet Payment providing processing support to several JCB acquirers in Hong Kong. As part of the solution announced today, Planet Payment will now be providing back-end settlement and clearing processing for all merchants acquired directly by JCB in Hong Kong. Planet Payment expects the solution to be live on or before June 1, 2009.

Brand Guidelines
As our customer base grows, we thought it would be useful to provide a set of branding guidelines and accompanying logos for the partners and merchants who want to add the availability of our services to their existing marketing and communication materials. The Planet Payment Logo has two versions: one for print and another for on-screen/digital applications.
The logo is comprised of a combination of blue:PMS 288 and gray: Cool Gray 10. The logo may also be reproduced in one color: PMS 288, Cool Gray No. 10, PMS 425, Black, or White. The typography of the logo is the font Univers 65. The Planet Payment logo works best on a bright white background and is never to be reproduced smaller than 1/2’’ in size.
