Grant of Directors’ Stock Options
Planet Payment [UK: LSE:AIM: PPT and PPTR; USA: OTCQX: PLPM], a leading international multi-currency payment and data processor, announces that on 9 October 2009 the Company granted the following options exercisable into Common Shares (“Options”), to the following Directors of the Company, pursuant to the Company’s 2006 Equity Incentive Plan and in accordance with the Company’s Compensation Policy for Non-Employee Directors, adopted in 2006 (as amended).
Directors:
- Lady Judge: 33,000 shares
- Jon Kaiden: 33,000 shares
- Cameron McColl: 33,000 shares
The Exercise Price of the Options is $1.28 per share which was the closing price of the PPTR stock on Friday October 9, 2009. The Options vest over one year and have a life of 10 years from the date of grant, in both cases subject to continuation in office.

Brand Guidelines
As our customer base grows, we thought it would be useful to provide a set of branding guidelines and accompanying logos for the partners and merchants who want to add the availability of our services to their existing marketing and communication materials. The Planet Payment Logo has two versions: one for print and another for on-screen/digital applications.
The logo is comprised of a combination of blue:PMS 288 and gray: Cool Gray 10. The logo may also be reproduced in one color: PMS 288, Cool Gray No. 10, PMS 425, Black, or White. The typography of the logo is the font Univers 65. The Planet Payment logo works best on a bright white background and is never to be reproduced smaller than 1/2’’ in size.
