Planet Payment [UK: LSE:AIM: PPT and PPTR; USA: OTCQX: PLPM], a leading international multi-currency payment and data processor, announces the following changes in its issued share capital.
The Company announces that it has applied to AIM for 298,790 new Common Shares to be admitted to trading as a result of the payment of annual interest on the Inter-Atlantic promissory note issued in 2005. The new shares are to be admitted to the Reg. S line trading under PPTR.
The Company also announces that, following the termination of restrictions on the stock under U.S. securities law, it has applied to AIM for 589,466 shares to be transferred from the Reg S line, trading under PPTR, to the unrestricted line trading under PPT.
Following the admission of all of the above shares the Company will have a total of 27,229,797 issued and outstanding Common Shares of which 20,308,979 Shares will be trading on AIM under the ticker PPT, the unrestricted line and 6,920,818 Shares will be trading on AIM under the ticker PPTR, the Reg S line. All unrestricted shares are tradable on the OTCQX in the United States under the ticker PLPM.
Dealings in the above shares are expected to commence on 6th March 2009.

Brand Guidelines
As our customer base grows, we thought it would be useful to provide a set of branding guidelines and accompanying logos for the partners and merchants who want to add the availability of our services to their existing marketing and communication materials. The Planet Payment Logo has two versions: one for print and another for on-screen/digital applications.
The logo is comprised of a combination of blue:PMS 288 and gray: Cool Gray 10. The logo may also be reproduced in one color: PMS 288, Cool Gray No. 10, PMS 425, Black, or White. The typography of the logo is the font Univers 65. The Planet Payment logo works best on a bright white background and is never to be reproduced smaller than 1/2’’ in size.
