Transfer to PPT

Planet Payment [UK: LSE:AIM: PPT and PPTR; USA: OTCQX: PLPM], a leading international multi-currency payment and data processor, announces the following change in its issued share capital.

The Company announces that it has applied to AIM for the following shares to be transferred from the Reg S line, trading under PPTR, to the unrestricted line trading under PPT.

No new shares have been issued and the transfer arises by virtue of the expiration of the restrictions on the stock under U.S. securities law.
Following the admission of all of the above shares the Company will have a total of 26,931,007 issued and outstanding Common Shares of which 19,719,513 Shares will be trading on AIM under the ticker PPT, the unrestricted line and 7,211,494 Shares will be trading on AIM under the ticker PPTR, the Reg S line.  All unrestricted shares are tradable on the OTCQX in the United States under the ticker PLPM.

Dealings in the above shares are expected to commence on 10th December 2008.
