Planet Payment [UK:LSE:AIM: PPTR and PPT; USA:OTCQX: PLPM], a leading international multi-currency payment and data processor, today announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for 2008 have been issued and are available to shareholders at www.planetpayment.com (click on Investor Relations/Finance & Corporate Info).  Copies are being mailed to shareholders shortly together with the Notice of the Annual Meeting (which is also available on the website).  Copies will also be available, free of charge, through the Free Annual Reports Service.

The shareholders’ Annual Meeting will be held on Friday June 5, 2009 at 10.00 a.m. at the Company’s head offices at 670 Long Beach Boulevard, Long Beach, New York 11561, USA.  Shareholders planning to attend are requested to notify the Company in advance for administrative purposes.
