Grant of PDMR Stock Options

Planet Payment [UK: LSE:AIM: PPT and PPTR; USA: OTCQX: PLPM], a leading international multi-currency payment and data processor, announces that on 30 November 2009 the Company granted an option exercisable into 200,000 Common Shares (“Options”), to Mr. Robert Cox, pursuant to the Company’s 2006 Equity Incentive Plan, upon his appointment as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company.  The Exercise Price of the Options is $1.65 per share, which was equivalent to the closing price of the PPTR stock on Monday 30 November, 2009.  The Options vest over three years and have a life of 10 years from the date of grant, in both cases subject to continuation of employment and acceleration of vesting in certain circumstances.
