November 30, 2000 (NEW YORK, NY): Planet Payment (www.planetpayment.com), a leading provider of real-time, multi-currency, Internet payment solutions to merchants worldwide, today elected Paul Noblett to their Board of Directors. At the request of the Board, Mr. Noblett will assume the role of Director of Operations.

Mr. Noblett has held previous positions in the credit card and communications industries, providing support, insight and direction to many leading companies in these industry segments -- from VISA and American Express to Mobil Oil and AT&T Wireless.

Mr. Noblett will still maintain interest in his company, Noblett & Associates, Inc., a business development and systems consultancy focused on the payments and communications industries.

Before starting Noblett & Associates in 1992, Mr. Noblett was Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations for NaBanco, at the time the largest processor of merchant credit card sales in the world. Prior to NaBanco, Mr. Noblett was the general manager of MasterCard's worldwide operations for six years and was responsible for building their international network--Banknet. Mr. Noblett began his career with what is today MBNA, the third largest issuer of credit cards.

Mr. Noblett currently sits on the boards of Merchant Card Management Systems (MCMS), Diversified Acquiring Solutions (DAS), CellGate Technologies, Global Card Services (GCS), IVI Checkmate, and Diversified Merchant Resources (DMRi).
